We are happy to accept order of any of our products via email mwskinconcept@gmail.com. Please state your full name as stated on your healthcard and your preferred contact phone number. We will ship your product out by Canadian Post if it is in stock in 2 business days. If the product is in backorder by the company, we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Refund Policy
With regret, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened. If you have developed an allergic reaction to the products, we will arrange a refund. We will require for you send a photograph of your reaction, and preferably an assessment with the doctor.
